4.1 Platform Access: For virtual events, participants will be provided with access credentials. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of these credentials.
4.2 Technical Requirements: You must ensure that you meet the technical requirements to participate in virtual events, including a stable internet connection and compatible device. Efairs is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from participant equipment or internet issues.

5.2 Recordings: Some events may be recorded for promotional or educational purposes. By participating, you consent to being included in these recordings, unless you explicitly request exclusion.

8.1 No Liability for Loss: Efairs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or participation in our events.
8.2 Event Success: We do not guarantee business outcomes or deals as a result of participation in our events.
